You know with all of the talk of parody in football and how balanced things are here are a few facts:
The Pittsburgh Steelers have won the Super Bowl 7 times
Dallas Cowboys 5
San Francisco 49ers 5
Green Bay Packers 4
New York Giants 3
New England Patriots 3
So more then 50 % of the Super Bowl games have been won by 6 teams.
Baseball in the same time
New York Yankees: 7
St. Louis Cardinals 3
Oakland A's 4
Other then that no one dominating.

A couple of corrections:

You forgot your Raiders have won it 3 times also. The Redskins have also won it 3 times.

The NFL does have a salary cap meaning basically, a team's success depends on the Owner, GM, and coaching staff. The best-run teams are the ones you see in the playoffs most years.
What's happening in MLB is just sad.
