Talking Steriods

I'm not a fan of Alex Rodriguez. I truly THINK he did as accused of steroids. It's my opinion and only that. However I think that Major League Baseball IS WRONG in this case. According the the collective bargaining agreement it clearly states that the only way a player could be suspended is if he tested positive. And the rules of the suspension are shown as the 1st time 25 games, 2nd time 50 games 3rd time you are out of the game.

That being said since AROD never tested positive, MLB has no right to suspend him.

Everyone knows I'm a big sports fan. So I figure with the decade coming to a close I'm going to start with a best of players in each decade. Mind you this is my opinion and I would like to get others of you agree or disagree. I'm going to start with Major League Baseball (and yes there are probably going to be guys accused or suspended of steroids)
