Thank you, Erik. I'm pretty okay. I'm mostly concerned with my mother's state of mind. They were married for nearly 47 years. They were never apart for any lengthy period of time during their marriage. That's an awful long time to be with someone and then suddenly, not. She's 82 and recently had a heart attack so I was very concerned. She is taking it pretty well, though.
I rushed to Las Vegas on Thursday and was there until Sunday. I'll be paying her a lot of visits as I now have to manage a lot of stuff my father used to do. She'll be moving to a senior community in La Verne fairly soon. That will make things a lot easier.
We will still have to get together and air out our issues. I'll let you know when I can do that.
