Come on Erik, get it right. That's not at all what Rush said. Watch the video you linked to. Rush refered to an Hawaii 5-O show that had people kidnapping girls to get welfare benefits. I don't know how that works, exactly, but that's what he was talking about.
Rush never blames Obama in this video.
While I don't side with Rush Limbaugh, it is clearly Chris Matthews editorializing that Limbaugh blamed Obama.
Robert that IS what Rush said. You are just blind as always to something called facts.

Please point out to me the sentence or phrase Rush uses that state ANYTHING WHATSOEVER ABOUT THE VICTIMS GETTING WELFARE
