So with the lucky no real penalty Ryan Braun got for ped use I'd like to suggest this: If MLB, and all of sports really, were really serious about cracking down on all ped's and their usage the following penalties:
A) Players Contracts are immediately voided
B) Players have to return all money already paid to them
C) When their suspensions are served, they have to make the MINOR league minimum for the reminder of their careers.
I say this because Braun just signed a contract extension worth well over $100 million dollars. This 65 game suspension will only cost him a little over $3 million. What is the real incentive to change??

That's nothing compared to what Hillary would do if she found out about the ped's I was taking...
While I mostly agree with you in spirit, as you often say, this isn't going to happen.
There's no way B can happen legally.
The real root of all of this are the ridiculous salaries these guys make and how we fans keep supporting them.
