So going unnoticed by the right wing media is comments made by so-called Justice Scalia. He said recently that he doesn't believe the 14th amendment applies to women because "that use of the measure was not intended in 1868"

Judging by his words then on the right to bear arms we should all have muskets right? After all that was what was available when that was written.
