What Happened

So what happened to those who say they listen to the soldiers in repealing don't ask don't tell? Several Republican Senators, including insane more of the same John McCain, said they would. When the head of the Joint Chiefs testified before Congress and the Senate saying the horrible Bill Clinton policy needs to go that it didn't make sense what happened?
