Yet again
So there is an op ed piece in the times saying how Justice Kagan needs to explain why she is not heedingthe calls to recuse herself from the upcoming heathcare case coming up. Funny how the writer isn't saying the same for both Clarence Thomas, who's wife works for companies trying to kill the legislation and Scalia who is outspoken and bias against it as well.

I'm sure Thomas' wife would say she is her own person and can say and do things independently of her husband.
We're talking about Kagan, not her spouse.
