Those who fail to understand history are doomed to repeat it. It's an old saying but still rings true.
Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan ran the election on Paul Ryan's budget. Not only did they get the asses whipped in the election, Ryan lost to President Obama in his district. Republicants lost seats in the House and Senate when they had prime opportunities to gain seats cause of this poor plan.
You would think a lesson would have been learned but no, since the Republicants are stupid, they don't.
Paul Ryan released another budget and guess what..NOTHING HAS CHANGED!
Some people never learn.
