After watching Roger Goodell's press conference today he needs to resign. What purpose is it to form committees when the solution is simple.
If a player is arrested he is suspended immediately without pay. If he is found innocent or cleared of charges he is to be reinstated with back pay.
Committee is another word for I don't give a shit as long as I make money
