This is disgusting. This is the definition of murder with special circumstance. This is a white person who saw an african american walking around, nothing else, called 911 to report him walking around, despite 911 saying not to he followed this person and DECIDED to shoot him even though he wasn't a threat. This is murder based on hate and if there is a reason for THE MOST RESTRICTIVE GUN LAWS this is it. It's horrible and this "person" needs to be gone forever. And yet the shooter is not even under arrest.
