Part of his problem

Part of Trump's problem is he has no empathy or sympathy. Part of it is his tough guy persona (even though so far it's all talk) but part of being President is having both toward your fellow man. Bush had it, Obama had it Trump doesn't. Instead of showing sympathy and empathy he attacks people when they are hurting.
