I don't like or agree with Bill O but you know what? There is only one person to blame for his situation, not the women, not god, not Fox but Bill O"Reilly. Sorry he chose to harass women. He's got a shitload of money. So the only one to blame is himself.
I always thought Republicans believed in personal responsibility. I guess not.
