Legal Question

So in Sara Taylor's appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee she said the President asked her not to answer any questions. Now I'm not a lawyer so I am asking anyone who might be out there: Since she is no longer an employee of the White House can Bush do that? Isn't that obstruction of justice? Can She of Bush be charged with anything since she is no longer an employee?

And Bush ordered Supreme Court nominee reject Harriet Myers to do the same thing.

So many laws have been broken here it's pathetic that anyone supports this asshole.
