I remember when so-called President Bush made a recess-appointment named John Bolton to head the U.N. (what a mess he was) and no one complained. I mean no one.

Yet when President Obama makes a recess appointment to a department that Republicants don't want since they don't want consumers to be protected, all hell breaks lose.
