What it really is

Thinking about it we know why Republicans (mainly) are against a bailout for the Auto Industry. It's really simple. It's union busting plain and simple. They have fully blames the UAW (even though it's managements fault) for the mess they are in and it's wrong.

Taking a long look if the Auto Industry fails let's see who would be hurt the most:

Well since there will not be as much of a need for steel the steel workers union would lose jobs

Since there would not as much of a need for tires the United Rubber Union would lose jobs

Since there would not be as much of a need for Mechanics the Mechanics Union would lose jobs

We are talking millions of people would be out of work if the Auto Industry cause the Republicans don't like unions. Like I said ladies and gentlemen it's union busting.

So I noticed you bypassed my earlier comment and went on with a new post. I'll ask the question again. If you are such a supporter of unions, why did you buy a non-union built Nissan?

How about clothes, do you buy American-made clothes? Or do you shop at Walmart and buy the cheaper Malaysian-made clothes.

You, like a lot of people, don't put your money where your mouth is. You are the people who kill the unions. Then you have the gall to criticize the government. Are you somehow, exempt, from your own rules?

Actually I didn't. See the post again.

But like a typical Republican you didn't look so I'm not surprised.

Robert E Wilson said...

What the heck are you talking about?

Erik said...

You said I didn't respond to your post when I did so like a typical Republican you didn't bother to read the post I made and like a typical Republican you would rather smear me then respond to my question. That is why your party is no longer in power you refuse to take on issues all you do is smear.

Erik, for crying out loud! You deleted my post so when I see your blog and only one comment on the article, I assumed it was my own and you hadn't responded.

Knock off the inane "typical Republican" crap.

Erik said...

You still haven't responded so that is a typical Republican. Sorry you can't face the truth.

Erik said...

You see Robert you are a typical Republican because you NEVER ACTUALLY RESPOND to my posts. All you do is smear and attack me. That is what a typical Republican does and that is why Republicans are no longer in power. They have no answers all you do is attack. That is why you are insignificant right now.

Robert E Wilson said...

I smear and attack you? What a joke! You are the one who calls me "typcial Republican", "Bush worshipper", "racist", "psycopath", etc. I have never called you a name. Look it up. I dare you to find any instance EVER when I have resorted to calliing you a name.

I never actually respond to your posts? What are you smoking? Whenever I choose to respond to your posts, I address what you write. It is you who change the subject, just re-post your same argument, or resort to calling me names. I bet I can find at least 20 instances of this. Please, Erik, look in your archives, or mine, and find a post where I don't directly address the issues you bring up. I'd like to see it.

As for your recent post concerning bailing out the auto industry. I had every intention of posting my response yesterday but had no chance to do so when work came in just as I was writing the response I posted above. I work for a living, Erik. I work two jobs and didn't get home until 11 last night. I was in no mood to go online.

However, I did find time to post my response today.

One more thing. Your blog is faulty. It errors if you attempt to search. I suggest you change your blog template and fix this. It would allow researching old posts to be a lot easier. If you need help with this, I'm available.

And Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to you as well and we will talk about fixing the blog.

Sorry you have to work hard like most people do but welcome to the Bush economy.

It's been 5 days and you haven't responded to my response. Is this where I can call you a "typical Democrat" for not facing the truth?
