A few observations

Just a few notes from the weekend (including a lot of sports)

Wondering if Oprah Winfrey's support for Barrack Obama will make a difference or not

Wondering how Mike Huckabee feels about being a front runner now that it came out over the weekend comments he made about people with Aids being quarantined and that he pardoned a rapist when he was governor who went on to kill two people in Missouri

Wondering how much punishment Pittsburgh Steelers Defensive Back Anthony Smith received after guaranteeing a Steelers win on Sunday and they got their butts whipped

Can the Patriots go undefeated?

Will the Dolphins win a game?

And can they beat the Ravens who have quit on the season this Sunday?

Sorry Robert but what happened to the Rams this year I thought they would be contending this year

Same for the Saints and Bengals

Most surprising team this year in the NFL: the Cleveland Browns

The Raiders are the team I thought they'd be (sorry Dennis Green I had to)

Was this the most screwed up year in college football or what?

Will the election finally get here already?

It will boost Obama a couple of percentage points. After Hillary gets nominated, Oprah will re-pledge support for her.

Huckabee is an idiot.

Smith guaranteed a Patriots' win with his stupid statements. That ploy hasn't worked since 1969. All it does is fire up the favorite team.

Can the Patriots go undefeated?

Looks that way but I won't be surprised if the Colts beat them in the, what seems inevitable, postseason rematch.

Will the Dolphins win a game?

No, this team really sucks.

I'd say it was the Packers. I'd say the Bills are up there too. The Saints and Bears have to be the most disappointing teams, not to forget the Forty Niners. Most 'experts' crowned them the NFC West champions before the season began.

It was for a while but USC restored things to normal by beating UCLA. (You should have known that was coming) :)

Funny I hear UCLA is going to be begging for Norm Chow. Sad we have to go crawling to an ex USC guy.

If the Bruins hire Chow, they will have a better, more-experienced ex-USC Offensive Coordinator than the Raiders.

Good call on the Dolphins. I truly believed they would not win a game this year. I figured even though the Ravens have had their problems, they would be focused enough to not get embarrassed by losing to the Dolphins.
