What to do with Joe

So the question of the day is what to do with Joe Lieberman. To me loyalty means a lot. Lieberman showed he was not a loyal Democrat by campaigning for more of the same McCain and he should pay the price unless he comes out saying he was wrong. Otherwise he should be stripped of his committee chair and let him, since he appears to be one anyway, caucus with the Republicans. I know Democrats who feel differently but he made his choice and he needs to live with the consequences of that choice. If nothing happens to him what's to stop others from either party from doing the same??

So basically, you are saying that loyalty is more important than principle.

It doesn't matter whether or not you agree with his position, you are saying that it's more important for him to follow the flock instead of think on his own.

I'm saying Joe made his choice and he has to deal with the fallout of his choice.

He chose to join in the hateful attacks on President-Elect Obama and since he did he has to pay for that decision.
