Talking Baseball

Just an idea for televising the baseball playoffs. Instead of having three games on television in one day two in another why not do the following:

Televise both 1st round National League games one day then the next televise both American League games. Obviously I'm talking first round. That way we can easily see how superior the National League is and most fans won't miss one game cause it's on so early or so late depending on what time zone you are in.

Now onto a few awards.

Cy Young
NL: Jake Peavy
AL: Josh Beckett

MVP
NL: Jimmy Rollins
AL: Arod (duh)

Roy
NL: Troy Tulowitzki
AL: Dustin Pedroia

Manager of the year
NL: Bob Melvin (although anyone between Melvin, Clint Hurdle,Charlie Manuel, Ned Yost can win)
AL: Eric Wedge. People have made the argument about Mike Scioscia no one expected Cleveland to do anything. That's why I give the nod to Wedge. By the way considering the start they had I would also give a shout out to Joe Torre reluctantly.
