So John Conyers has introduced a motion in the House Judiciary Committee to censure Bush and Cheney for their illegal actions. http://rawstory.com/news/2005/Censure_motion_introduced_in_House_over_1220.html
As far as I'm concerned that is not enough. They again need to be arrested and charged with crimes against humanity for the death and destruction that they have caused.
