Only on Fox

Fox as always is trying to make something out of nothing. Nevermind how they continuously call Barack Obama Barack Osama that's ok with them. Here is an exchange between Sen. Barbara Boxer (D,CA.) and Sec. Rice:

Boxer said, "Who pays the price? I'm not going to pay a personal price. My kids are too old, and my grandchild is too young," to serve, Boxer told Rice. "You're not going to pay a price, as I understand it, within immediate family. So who pays the price? The American military and their families.''

That's not anything more then what it is. An accurate statement of fact. But that doesn't stop FoxNews being the pigs that they are. Here are the headlines at Fox as well as the Rupert Murdoch owned New York Post:

The Murdoch-owned New York Post front page ran the headline "It's War. Dem Childless Condi Slur," and inside wrote, "The vapidity - the sheer mindlessness - of Sen. Boxer's assertion makes it clear that the next two years are going to be a time of bitterness and rancor, marked by pettiness of spirit and political self-indulgence of a sort not seen in America for a very long time."

Fox News ran headlines all day Friday on the topic, such as, "Will Boxer Apologize?'' and "Boxer Slimes Rice.'' The White House Fox contributor, Tony Snow said, Boxer's comments were "outrageous" and "a great leap backward for feminism.''

Obviously Murdoch and Fox didn't see the transcript or are just too stupid to know exactly what it meant.
