Was it me??

Was it me or did Bush look scared in the speech? He was wide-eyed and I don't know maybe the drugs never kicked in or something but he looked more scared. Normally as much as I hate the prick he has a degree of confindence/cockiness when he normally speaks and I didn't see it tonight at all.
