I'm not suprised that the Supreme Court ruled like that but they gave Bush the right to kidnap, hold indefinately anyone they choose as an enemy combatant for as long as he wishes. Without access to lawyers and he has the right to torture, abuse, humilate them.

We are really going to hell as a nation aren't we?
