So the Department of Homeland Security CUT funding to Washington D.C. and New York but RAISED funding to Georgia and Wyoming. Excuse me for being confused while Atlanta might be a target for terror attacks what is there in Wyoming except that it is where Cheney is from.

Wyoming, much like other low-populated areas of the United States, have storehouses of nuclear weapons. I believe it's pretty important to secure those areas.
What about say the Empire State Building? The Capitol Building? Yankee Stadium (I think the next attack will be at a sporting event)
With all respect, nobody but the bad guys know what they are planning.
No kidding. I'm not accusing here just wondering. In the districts and counties and states where the funding got increased how the congressional and senate races are doing? I wouldn't put it past Bush to increase the funding there to make the GOP look like it's actually doing something. Mind you not accusing just asking.
By the way I forgot to post this great security story. I saw this the other day at rawstory. Inspectors pull up to a gate at I believe Three Mile Island and the guard is busy playing video games. Great security huh?
