Huh?

So if you recall Robert and I had a falling out when I, backed by what they have said and their actions, accused right-wingers of being racist. He said how I shouldn't generalize. Wonder Robert what you think of this statement from right-winger Michael Savage (who I quoted before) (thanks to mediamaters for the quote)

SAVAGE: You're listening to the character Kramer from Seinfeld in a tirade at a comedy club Friday night that set off a shockwave across America. This is not a Mel Gibson situation. It's -- I don't think he can use Mel's defense that it was the liquor talking. This is, to me, from the gut.

This is an interesting story, but this is what the subtext of liberalism really is. Under the surface, if you got them in a room alone, I guarantee you they'd say the same kind of hateful things about Catholics and about Jews and about straights and about soldiers.

Kerry gave us a smaller version of it, by the way. Kerry did it in an albeit high-class way, but John Kerry did the same thing, in my opinion.

Sounds to me like he is generalizing liberals. Is that right? They do it all the time but when I say something about it on this site I hear the sounds of silence. So is it ok for a conservatives to generalize liberals and not ok for a liberal to generalize a conservatives?

No, it's not okay to generalize liberals. It's never okay to generalize any group of people based upon what one or a few say or do.

I don't see why you think that if people you don't like do something wrong that it's okay for you to do it too. After all, aren't you supposed to be better than them? Shouldn't you take the high road?

Should Fred Goldman be allowed to kill one of OJ's children? After all, since OJ did that to him and got away with it, why can't he do the same?

I fight fire with fire. Do to others as they have done to me and any cliche you can fit in. Robert being a man of intelligence as you are can you maybe explain the comment on the post I made on Pat Robertson cause I can't.

I mean Robert you obviously didn't like it when I did that yet I have 100's of examples on my site of right-wingers doing the exact same thing. I see it you have two choices: Ignore it or fight back. I chose to fight back. A decision I don't regret in the least. Right-wingers wanna get down and dirty well let's see how they like having mud thrown at them as they do to liberals.

And there you have it. By doing what I perceive to be the wrong thing, you will not get my support. That's the price you pay. Obviously, you can live with it as you have been doing.

Yet you did post when you said you wouldn't.

Robert you don't have to agree with what I do you have the right. Whether you support me or not is your choice. I do not in any way have influence over what you do. Obviously. But you have made posts on my site and I have made posts on yours if you wanna ignore this issue and talk others or if you don't wanna post at all that's up to you. I think though what you don't understand (although I thought you would have known after the years we've known each other) is I don't back down. I can't. Everytime I have done it I get screwed. I've learned that after the garbage I'm going through with my sister who I haven't talked to since June. Anyone who wants to play hardball with me will get equal treatment.

I've only responded here since I felt I was being directly addressed. I've also commented a few times on your non-political posts. The only other exception was when I posted in my support of the families of the fallen soldiers.

It's one thing to stand your ground and it's another to be pig-headed. I believe you have crossed that line.

Like I said if the Rush's stop doing it the O'Idiot's, the Coulters if they stop I'll be more then happy to stop. But as long as they are going to do this I will continue.

And Robert if I'm being "pig-headed" what are they?
