Activist Judge

Wonder if the right is going to call this an activist judge? A FEDERAL JUDGE cut the $5 Billion dollar award by a jury to Alaskans who had to deal with the cleanup and loss of revenue to do the Exxon Valdez.

Nevermind EXXON HAS THE MONEY WITH THEIR RECORD PROFITS but this is uncalled for. They don't list the names of the judges involved which is sad cause you should be able to find out. I suspect I know who appointed them(hint: Bush)

The damage that spill did (mind you the captain of the vessal was drunk) to the enviorment is still being felt today and yet EXXON has the reward cut in half? That's disturbing on so many levels.
