Looks like a tragic situation developing in Minneapolis as a bridge collapsed in the Mississippi River. CNN is reporting 3 dead but if anyone sees the video I fear the death toll will go up. Homeland Security, ever quick to deflect bad news on the Bush Administration with false threats, says it's not a terrorist attack.
