It is my sad duty to report a loss of a Los Angeles Legend. Hal Fishman died this morning suprisingly after 1 week being diagnosed with cancer. He has been on KTLA for as long as I can remember and things will not be the same without him. He will be missed. He was 75.

Hal Fishman was one of the few TV news journalists that I have had great respect for. I will miss both his newscasts and his commentaries.
