Anrie

Our esteemed Gov. got into a motorcycle accident last weekend. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10794604/

The interesting thing is he didn't have a motorcycle liscense and his 12 year old son was in a sidecar. Naturally Arnie did not get a ticket because I guess of who he is but he did require 15 stiches.

A legal question can the owner of the person he rammed into sue him for this infraction? Just curious on the one.

I read that technically, Schwarzneggar did not break the law. Strange as it seems, a motorcycle with a sidecar qualifies as a passenger vehicle and does not require the motorcycle license.

May I ask where you read that?
