There is a republican sponsored bill in Indiana where they will outlaw abortion. The sponsor of that bill is hoping that it will get to the Supreme Court (which it will) and they will overturn abortion rights (which again they will).
This is the worse scenario imaginable for those who support pro-choice. Let's hope Alito doesn't get confirmed BUT even if he doesn't whoever Bush appoints will do the same.
We are heading toward a dark time in our country.
