So there is an op-ed piece by Kenneth S. Baer and Andrei Cherny that states how democrats have no ideas. Here is the problem with that and it's something I've stated many times before: Democrats have ideas they have no outlets to state them.

I have given dozens of examples how that is true but if you want recent examples (again) here we go.

Take a couple of weeks ago. Democrats wanted an ammendment that would set a timetable to send our troops home from the illegal occupation in Iraq (mind you not a war). The whole right-wing called democrats "cut and run" and "not patriotic" and "un-american" all for the honorable request of wanting our soldiers out of the occupation of Iraq.

Now two days after Gen. Casey (republican) said the EXACT SAME THING. He received nothing BUT PRAISE from the same people who were complaining when Democrats said THE EXACT SAME THING.

That's the problem. Whenever Deomcrats have ideas they have no forum to state them and when they do get the time they are ridiculed by the right-wing media.
