Ken Starr and Michael Morales

I'd like to talk this evening about Ken Starr and his role in stopping the execution of Michael Morales.

You all remember Ken Starr don't you? For those who don't he wasted tens of millions of dollars investigating a land deal that President Bill Clinton lost money on and instead finding out about an affair he was having.

Yes that Ken Starr.

Also some background on Morales he was scheduled to die because he was convicted of raping, torturing and murdering a then 17 year old Terri Winchell.

Now for some reason a court ruled an anesthesiologist had to administer the drugs used Morales execution making sure he had to be knocked out before the fatal drugs are fatal drugs were injected in MOrales. Nevermind the courts failed to recognize the fact that he didn't think of doing the same when he murdered Terri Winchell.

The reason why I bring up Ken Starr is he apparently forged documents from jury memebers saying that they wouldn't want the death penalty on Morales and when they interviewed the jury members in question they claim they said no such thing during Morales clemency hearing.

Now here is why I bring this up. Someone had to get to the anesthesiologists who were supposed to inject Morales pulled out at the last minute causing the delay. I realize it's speculation but who else has a vested interest in Morales living? Just a question no more no less.
