A question

I have a question regarding illegal immigration-

In California most of our illegal immigrites are from Mexico, same as Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and other states. My question is this: Why can't our attorney general sue the country of Mexico, President Vicente Fox and try to recoup some of if not all of the loses is revenue that the illegal immigrates are costing taxpayers?

Just wondering if that is possible or not.

May I ask what law or laws has Vicente Fox broken?

I didn't say he broke any laws I'm asking can he or Mexico be sued to recover the costs of the illegal immiagration are costing taxpayers. Like suing the tobacco companies things like that.

There were formal charges made against the tobacco companies for things like misleading advertising and inserting addiction-inducing chemicals in cigarettes. I'm not saying I agree that they should be sued but there was a charge.

You are not supposed to be able to sue someone or an organization just because you disapprove of them.

But my question is not really being answered. Can states sue countries to try to recover the costs for illegal immigration?

And it's not disapproving or approving them it's getting the costs of thier citizens coming over to our country because their home country is not doing anything to keep their citizens there and not paying the costs to their new countries.

Okay, I'll attempt to answer your question even though I'm not a lawyer.

The answer is no.
