Deal is Dead or is it?

Before we go patting ourselves on the back on the Dubai Ports Deal falling through let's make sure the "subsidiery" that the company has run the ports is on the up and up. I do wanna though thank both Democrats and Republicans for making enough noise to get the deal to fall apart or at least that's how it appears.
