A shocker

I might shock a lot of people on this. I agree with Bill O'Reilly on his column in todays column in the Los Angeles Daily News. He talks about how the justice system is out of control and he is right.

He takes a look at 3 cases. I will add one or two more. One is someone in Ohio who confessed to two rapes and gets probation by the judge, the other is the Florida teacher who seduced a 14-year-old boy and did not get prison time and the third is Andrea Yates who murdered her 5 children who conviction was overturned recently.

I would also like to add two Supreme Court cases, one in 2000 which gave George Bush the election and another Supreme Court decision where they refused to allow the minutes of the energy meeting held at the White House released.

Judges are out of control in the country. I posted cases by our two new Supreme Court Justices where they seemed out of the norm in the past. Maybe judges need to have reviews done on them every so often so they are not as out of control as they are now.
