I watch this series on the Weather Channel called "It can Happen Tomorrow". It's a series that talks about potential disasters overdue to strikes areas of the United States.
For instance last weeks episode talked about two major earthquakes hitting the Memphis area which is actually long overdue for one. They have also talked about a hurricaine hitting New York City which happens, tsunami hitting the northwest among other realistic scenarios.
My question is has the Bush Administration learned about his mistakes in responding to Katrina or is he like a lot of people and never learn? Did everyone eying the White House in 2008 learn or is starting to develop ideas.
Only answer is time will tell.
