Why

I have one question for you out there: Why. Why is baseball investigating things that happened years ago. AKA Baseball investigating Barry Bonds alleged use of steroids. I mean really what can they do? When he was allegedly taking steroids it was legal. So baseball cannot suspend him. What can really be done until he currently tests positive?
