So Gov. Schwarzenegger vetoed the Gay Marriage bill passed by our state congress and senate. He said that judges and the people should decide.

Judges huh?? Activist Judges?? The same people who Republicans loathe if they don't share their views?

The reason Arnie says he vetoed the bill was it would contradict a law passed here in 2000 which did not recognize out of state gay marriages. So that is just something Arnie says to get out of it.
