From Rawstory I see where SEC Commission Chairman Christopher Cox is recusing himself in the investigation of Bill Frist. It's not often you see common sense in Washington but that might be as close as possible as we get.
Cox has donated $1000 to Frist during the campaign and did not want to appear to show conflict of interest. Again props where it's due.
