That's what Bush said. Now not saying that he's wrong BUT I've reported on my site how FEMA said that was possible in 2001, I've said how due to the funding cuts by the Bush administration how that created the potential for disaster which ended up happening.
George Bush thinks you are all fools. He revises history as he sees fit. (RE Iraq War) and he expects you to go along with it. We should not. Everyone warned this was coming Bush, as always, failed to listen and again cut funding to shore the levees. Bush has failed again in a time of need.
