You're Fired

I guess I owe Donald Trump some money but I found this little piece of news in today's California section of the LATimes:

So our esteemed Governor fired all 6 members of the State Reclamation Board, who oversee flood control along the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers.

5 of the board members were appointed by Grey Davis and the other by Pete Wilson.

The reason they were fired was because they resisted big developments along those rivers due to potential levee breaks and Schwarzenegger's friends want to build along them.

The members that were fired were trying to make it harder for those developments to take place especially after what we saw in New Orleans. California also has a recent history of levee breaks as recently as 1997, where a break in a levee near Marysville flooded several homes.

I still would like to know what Arnie thinks a special interest is.
