An idea for the $10 billion

I see where Bush has requested $10 Billion in aid for the hurricane victims. I have an idea which is probably a drop in the bucket in what they will need. I have an idea where to get the money.

Recently there was a highway bill passed in Congress and the Senate which Bush signed into law. That bill contained a lot of pork for pet projects for congressmen and congresswomen and senators so they can look good I guess for their constituants.

So my idea is this: Take the money for just the pork from the highway bill and pass that along to the victims of the hurricane. Just my idea.
