Noticable Difference

Funny how much smoother the evacuation is going in Texas then it did in Louisiana. Aparently in Texas they do have a solid plan that is in effect and also it appears they didn't have any solid plan in Louisiana. I realize there will be people who stay in storms no matter what but the Mayor of New Orleans did not do enough to persuade people to leave.
