School Pledge is ruled unconstitutional at least the part that says "under god" because it violates seperation of church and state.
The case will be appealed to the supreme court which would be interesting because they already rejected it once.

Whomever is involved in a recital of the pledge of allegience may use their constitutional right to not state some or all of it.
I know but I just find the ruling interesting
